If you are unable to access your MyIChemE account please read the information below. If your issue isn't covered below, please email membersupport@icheme.org.

I don’t know which email address to use

To access this portal you will need to use the email address that you have previously registered with us, ie the email address that your IChemE emails (Member News, CPD Bulletin, subscription alerts etc) are sent to.

I no longer have access to my registered email address

If you no longer have access to the email address you previously registered with IChemE, please contact our member support team who can update your membership record with your new email address.

Once our team have confirmed your email address has been changed, you can recover your MyIChemE account by resetting your password.

I don’t know my password

Your password should include the following:

  • a minimum of eight characters

  • one uppercase letter

  • one lowercase letter

  • one number

  • one symbol (! $ % &* _ ? . > < , # @ ; :)

If you are still unsure of your password and would like to change it, please reset your password.

I am not receiving the password reset emails

If you have used the 'password reset' function but have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folders or any email filtering software that may be in place.

If your password reset email is in one of these locations, please mark the email address as a ‘safe sender’ so that future emails are delivered to your inbox.

If you cannot locate the password reset emails, please email membersupport@icheme.org.

I am unable to log in, I keep getting an error message

Please send a screenshot/photo of the error message to membersupport@icheme.org, and we will investigate this for you.
